DONG GUAN CITY HONGFU PLASTIC PRODUCTS Co.,LTD(HUNGPOK INDUSTRIAL HK LIMITED)was founded in 1995,is a professional production of plastic toys factory.It has passed the BSCI(DBID number 393309)and the factory has environmental impact assessment.

1)Injection Department:11sets of injection machine,included218T/1set,180T/2sets,128T/4sets,88T/3sets and 50T/1set.

Each machine is equipped with a manipulator.

2)Spray Coating/Silkscreen Department:80 stations of small spray gun,4stations of big spray gun.

printing/silkscreen machine:38sets,oil painting:30employees,production quality control:10employees.

Note:we have a dust-free oil spraying workshop with big spray gun.

The factory has its own large plastic evade glue mold/spray oil mold/printing steel plate production workshop.

3)Evade glue department(rotocasting)

Evade glue machine 10sets,the corresponding supporting equipment is complete.

4)Assembling Department:

Keep with 80 assembling employees.

Ultrasonic machine,hand beer machine and other corresponding equipment.Has the dust-free packing workshop.

Our company mainly concludes the following department, such as Marketing Dept, Research and Development Dept, Production Dept, Sales Dept, Material Supplying Dept, Quality AssuranceDept, Administration Dept and Financial Dept. Presently there are more than 300 members inour factory and there are more than 10 technicians. Also our factory has the correspondingequipments and machines, such as injection machine and blow molding machine, which has10 pcs together.

Our factory mainly produce the moldings(such as injection molding, blow molding, spreadcoater molding and spray mask moldings and so on), and various of plastic products(injectionproducts, blow products, spread coater products, various plastic toys, gifts, daily articles andstationery accessories and so on). Also our company can provide the dye base, color powderand additives. The technique will be monitor and control by our technique Dept. Furthermore,our company is an organic whole manufacture with products research and development,moldings designs and making and products process, also our company possesses thefirst-class software, such as CAD/CAM, PRO/E and UG. All the moldings will be developedand made by our company efforts, which save the process for our customer and provide theproducts to our customer with the best quality directly.
